At this retreat, she’ll guide you through breathwork, mindfulness, and emotional regulation practices designed to calm your system, deepen your self-awareness, and create space for clarity and healing.

Amanda Gavit is the co-founder of SWEATSCAPE, a sauna and cold plunge studio built to help people reset, reconnect, and feel stronger from the inside out. After her own journey through burnout and postpartum healing, she created SWEATSCAPE as a space where science-backed practices and real human connection come together to support whole-body wellness.
