  • We can comfortably host 35 people at a time across our private sauna suites and cold plunge spaces. For larger groups, we can structure the event in waves or staggered sessions to keep the experience relaxing and personalized.

  • Each event includes guided sauna + cold plunge session with customized aromatherapy blends, towel service, complimentary hot tea + electrolytes, and access to our relaxing spaces. You can also add yoga, breath work, meals or massages through our partner network.

  • Our mobile sauna serves Bryan-College station and surrounding areas. If you’re a bit farther out, reach out! Depending on availability and event size, we may be able to accommodate.

  • Our mobile sauna experience can accommodate up to 20 guests per session, with people rotating between the sauna, cold plunge and rest stations. We have had groups of 50+ be able to utilize the sauna at once while taking extra time to connect and socialize. We guide everyone through the full contrast therapy cycle to keep it organized and impactful.

  • Most private events last 1.5 - 3 hours depending on your group size and the number of cycles or add-ons you’d like to include. We’ll help you build a timeline that works for your goals and vision.

  • Just a swim suit or something to sauna in! We’ve got you covered with towels, aromatherapy, beverages, and post-session shower products!

  • Absolutely! We partner with local chefs and vendors to provide meals, snacks, juices or coffee bars depending on your event. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll build it in!

  • Yes! Whether you’re looking for something high-energy, more introspective, or recovery focused, we can tailor the flow, lighting, aromas, music, and add-ons to match the vibe you’re going for.

  • Definitely. Most of our first-time guests have never done contrast therapy before. Our trained guides will walk everyone through it step-by-step and adjust based on comfort levels. The group energy is amazing for first-timers trying the cold plunge!
