Amanda Gavit l SWEATSCAPE

Amanda Gavit is the co-founder of SWEATSCAPE, a sauna and cold plunge studio built to help people reset, reconnect, and feel stronger from the inside out. After her own journey through burnout and postpartum healing, she created SWEATSCAPE as a space where science-backed practices and real human connection come together to support whole-body wellness.

  • Comfortable clothes, active wear to sauna + cold plunge in (bathing suit or shorts/tank/sports bra), water bottle, yoga mat if you have one.

  • Light snacks and refreshments will be available. You’re welcome to bring your own too.

  • Totally fine - our guides will walk you through it step-by-step, and no pressure if you’re just not feeling it that day! You’re welcome to just sauna and use the time to connect with others.

  • Yes! you don’t need any experience with yoga, breathwork, or sauna. Just come with an open mind!

  • Absolutely! We encourage it! There will be time for individual reflection and shared connection.
