Comfortable clothes, active wear to sauna + cold plunge in (bathing suit or shorts/tank/sports bra), water bottle, yoga mat if you have one.

Totally fine - our guides will walk you through it step-by-step, and no pressure if you’re just not feeling it that day! You’re welcome to just sauna and use the time to connect with others.
